CHEFS IN THE MAKING
250g spray whipped cream
12 sponge fingers
150ml of fruit jelly
5 whole strawberries
in a large bowl add the fruit jelly to the bottom
on top of the jelly add chopped up strawberries
then place the sponge fingers on top of the fruit jelly layer
leave in the fridge for 30 mins
after, pour the custard on top of the sponge layer
then chill in the fridge for another 30 mins
spray the whipped cream on top of the custard layer. Now you should have 4 layers: jelly and fruit, sponge, custard and cream.
leave to chill in the fridge
for 30 mins to 1 hour.
After add chopped up fruit on top and serve!
